Making a commitment to a wellness coaching package is a valuable investment in your health and well-being. Ongoing coaching sessions can help you achieve those goals that always seem just out of reach.  

Drawing on areas of expertise that I’ve developed over time, we will collaborate on creating an individualized program that could include:

A perfect summation of what being a Health Coach has brought to my life.

As a Health Coach, I have the opportunity to assist those that desire real change and to live the life that they envision. Not by delivering instructions, but by offering guidance. Not by supplying answers, but by asking the right questions. My approach to coaching is formulated from a strength-based and whole person perspective. We all have the innate capability to live well. I strongly believe that my coaching methodology can provide you with the tools needed to allow that capacity to flourish.

Walking the Walk

Health, wellness, fitness, and longevity, feed my energy. I value eating well, spending time with loved ones, and balancing rest and movement. Equally important, I’m mindful to spread kindness, give back, and be present.

Priority one in my life is keeping active. Hiking, cycling, paddle boarding, and pickleball get my move on. Nature is nourishment. I savor any opportunity to get outdoors to soak up the sun and breathe in the fresh air.

Been there, done that.

Having spent three decades in higher education leadership, I can relate to the pressures of working in a high stress environment, feelings of burnout, and the desire to make a difference. All this, while attempting to balance work-life demands. My own experiences allow me to coach from a place of understanding, curiosity, compassion, and humor. Thus, enabling me to assist clients in navigating their own transitions.
